no.there isnt any handbrake on geared bikes as its not needed here.on gearless bikes, other than holding the brakes there is no other way to stop the bike moving of when it is parked down a slope or something like that.but in geared bikes we always have the choice of putting the bike in gear and then parking it as it will not move then.i guess this feature is not for protecting the bike from theft as the brake lever nodge or the gear can be disengaged.its only for not stabilizing the bike on rocky or uneven surfaces.atleast thats what i know.

^^But when we keep the bike in gear, i know that bike won't move forward..but doesn't it move backward also??

Also, should i change the Engine Oil only during the first service or before it itself??

Neither will the bike move forward and nor will it move backwards. It will stay where it is after you switch the engine off while bike is in 1st gear.
If you are following Bajaj run in and keeping bike below 65kph and 4k rpm then you can get oil change done at 500-600 kms when you get first service done.

the bike wont move in any direction when it is in gear.the rear wheel will be locked.
you can change the engine oil if you find the gear shifting becoming hard.but do stick to mineral oil.

Problem

On Idle I can hear a faint sound of tan-tan. Something like when a metal screw vibrates on a metal plate. It's faint and not audible once I rev, or move.

It's not exactly Metal Grinding noise. But is it anything to do with One Way Clutch? People experienced in one way clutch problem, kindly assist!

Get ready to join the guys with one way clutch problem. It started the same with me. Was audible only at idling and never while revving or moving. Later a few springs were added to it to neutralise the tension. They broke after some hard ripping. And after a few days it gave in. Now whenever my engine is on i get the sound of a loose metal piece rotating freely inside the engine.
Possible Solution: Replacing it under warranty.

PS- I shouted at pbk for why mine would not be replaced. They said sorry and are now ready to replace it under warranty.
