Default How MotoGP riders are trained

It seems so easy to be a motogp rider once you have made it to the Grand Prix. They should just know how to ride a MotoGP bike, practice hard on the track, push the machines hard round the corners, brake late....blah blah. But, one of the important aspects we generally ignore is how these riders are trained for the season.

Check this articles to get an insight on How these riders are built:
MotoGP: Building the rider. | MOTOGP News | Crash.Net

Teaser info: Dani Pedrosa does 1000 sit-ups per day before the season and 700 sit-ups per day during the season. So much for the little one. This is just the beginning.
