Lets hope the other manufacturers follow suit and we get all the middle weight supersports machines at 4-5 L and the Litre class bikes at 5-6 L by 2014. I have already started dreaming, maybe i should start saving too.

Maybe a bit too hopeful, but I hope as hell that you turn out to be right.

Personally, I love Bonneville & when I joined this forum, I'd loved all the retro styled, Bonneville, GT1000, MT01 you name it!!! I hated the riding posture of S1000RR, CBR's, but, this forum taught me a lot that I believe forward riding postures are the way forward. Debate on litre classes or middle weights...thumbs down...in this country...I'd prefer middle weights.

You are right about that, for India, Middle weights are pretty practical...

Don't know, but if its true, will be a serious threat to RE for sure; I haven't heard that news (or may be a rumor), but does Triumph make a 350cc? I thought the minimum is 800 parallel twin
