    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

no one today can ignore our market potential

but how they strategize & actually position themselves is very important

a lot of companies have failed to pick up due to poor execution of paper plans

3 to 5 lac bikes per year? They'll have to start with 100cc segment for sure.

So much for the recent news about abandoning plans for setting up CKD operations in India .... waiting for the Daytona....

Sorry Honda but i think i know where im investing my money next
2014 or 2015 it doesnt matter. Time to start saving for that Daytona now
Just wished they would still sell the 2012 model though since the 2013 looks a bit ugly imo.

                +1

Can't wait to own a black Daytona 675R. Although it's partly sad that they moved away from that crazy awesome sounding Daytona with the underseat exhaust.

There is a huge market potential for V twin thumpers with exotic supersport bikes from TRIUMPH. If all goes, well, even with CKD with a price tag of in and around of 2 to 3.5L should be a kick ass proposition for most of the clan here. Not to mention the street presence, that's a whole lot different story!

this is definitely good news, but thinking about launching a product before the end of this year seems like a far fetched plan coz currently they don't have any presence in india. so, are they planning to go the Aprilia way, one showroom in entire india. and where is that secret R&D facility...??? 3 to 5 lakh bikes, are they planning to enter 100CC commuter segment..??

Such a welcome news..it clearly seems that they intend to produce ALL the range strictly through CKD route only, though that 3-5 l per year figure is ridiculous.
Waiting patiently for the Daytona;it a hoot to ride and handle!
