Guys check this new bike from kawasaki. Will they bring this bike to India in competition to yamaha's dragstar?

    Pic also on the site.

Kawasaki has just released the details on a motorcycle big enough to stagger imagination. Meet the Vulcan 2000. The 2000 is not an allusion to the turn of the century, but the gargantuan 2,053 CC four-valve pushrod V-twin engine that will power a cruiser larger than most islands. And get this, each piston is more than 10 cm in diameter! Stretching across a yawning wheelbase are stylish, macho lines that look good and Kawasaki promises will be just as satisfying to swing a leg over. While the exact dimensions and power output is still to be announced, Kawasaki promises that the largest production V-twin in the world will move on significantly. Among the highlights of the motorcycle are the nacelled headlamps, which include three projector lamps and a conventional bulb, all of which are on when the rider switches to high-beam. Obviously, those of us not riding a Vulcan 2000 should keep our sunglasses handy even after dusk. The gorgeous slash-cut pipes promise plenty of audible warning that a gigantic Kawasaki is headed your way.

    AMAZING NAV,

But even if they decide to bring it here it may sadly not meet the regulations. The Decibel and exhaust regulations (for 2 wheelers) are strictest here, even more than California. Only Taiwan beets india in the whole wide world for stricter 2 wheeler norms. And one reason they brought they've decided to bring in the Drag Star is because its one bike that readily meets the Taiwanese norms.

    Way to go India...

Looks and sounds good, but I'm sure the bike will not sound as good when it comes to India due to our regulations.

Did u guys check out the Indian V8 ? 5700cc, 350 bhp @ 3200 rpm, and certainly not heading for India.

Theres a new Triumph 1300cc hypersportsbike in the offing , supposed to crack the 200MPH barrier for real .

    Check out MCN website .
