Read this from that article:

Passion Plus will be available with a two-tone petrol tank and two-tone front fender, besides body-coloured rear view mirrors, aluminum die-cast rear grip, new instrument panel dial design, and new crank colour case-cover. The variant would also include a halogen lamp headlight, multi-reflector winkers, unidirectional tyres and heat protector on muffler.

Is this to fend off teh oncoming threat in the Executive segment from the Wind 125. Just look at the specs.

1. Two Tone Paint job,
2. Body Coloured Rear view Mirrors.
3. aluminum die-cast rear grip
4. new crank colour case-cover
5. halogen lamp headlight
6. multi-reflector winkers
7. unidirectional tyres
8. heat protector on muffler
9. new instrument panel dial design

Isn't it evident! Very Evident!

Most of them are introduced to the segment by Wind (I repeat most, not all!) And this is to fend off threat from the Victor, Libero, Freedom, as well!

Its the same price as the old Passion, Nav, but the disc brake is optional, and that will cost 3.5 extra.
