Another Dhamal ride as usual, with Motor bhabhi as Star of the show once again, cant stop laughinh imaging his ------------ fantabubulous pics.

This was more on a cornering & Leaning kinda ride, with lots of twisties and superb long curves--first time i was cornering with bibek at 90-110kph fulto dhamal.

Shiva gunpast us when we were cornering at 90kph..

Well almost every Mumbai xbhp'ian was on a tour, all in different directions though

We did a total 305 kms. Superb twisties of 40 kms. that start from Kasara Ghat n ends at Devbandh. Very narrow roads running across the Valley, bole toh mazza aa gaya.
DID 2 full circle rounds of KASARA GHATS, full-on fun leaning...
Saw an R1 fly by, i usually do spot him on sundays on that same Nasik highway whenever i ride. I guess the guy is from Nasik itself.

Trip Log:

All of us gathered by 6 am at eternity mall. Met Anup, ArmourofGod, Snehil and Mandar.Anup and Armor of god shooted off to Kashid and Snehil,Mandar just dropped by to say "RIDE SAFE GUYS ".
So we were waiting for Shiva and Winzee, as we were not sure who else is coming. Shiva was waiting ahead at NH3 and winzee wasn't picking up phone. So Me, Spidy, SB, Bibek, Nitin, and Rio we decided to move.Early morning was dead cold, and it was increasing bit by bit as were moving towards Nashik.Starting stretch of the NH3 was very very good. It was like "finest quality butter laid on bread"
Our happiness of getting that much good road didn't lasted long. Soon the road became single lane and there was lots of traffic from both sides. After ripping for almost 30-40 mins, we decided to take a Breakfast break. Had Vada Pav, Paneer Pakoda's, Kaanda Bhaji, Idli SAmbar and Tea. Costliest tea and breakfast break so far.
MotorB was also coming for the ride, but he was bit late. he caught us at the dhaba where we were having breakfast.After having quick breakfast we started ripping on the NH3 again. Soon we touched the Kasara Ghar. MotorB, Spidy, Shiva and bibek headed ahead in the Kasara twisties.Me, Shadow, Rio and Nitin were moving slowly and gradually. Our fast riders were so fast that they missed the Turn from where we had to take the Tunnel towards DEVBAANDH.We did stop at that turn but we weren't that sure that whatever place we are going..
This path takes us to it or not. So we stopped a while and moved ahead. Soon we saw our fast rider standing on the corner (4-5 Km Ahead) waiting for us. With big grin on their face they said "HUM LOG AAGE AA GAYE".
So we take a U-turn and went back. But look what we found some plenty of long and good corners. So missing the right turn. Turned out pretty good for us.
This time no mistake and we took the right turn.



The roadstrech from Kasara ghat to Devbaandh twisties was very thin. But the best part of lots of corners. I mean huge amount of corners, with plenty of old bridges and Accident spots.

After eating 15-20 Kms we finally reached Devbaandh.Now how did we found devabaandh and what happened after finding it. This is the best'est part of the whole trip. While riding we stopped at a place (no man's land)...Where there was a small house "Khapre wala ghar" (Mud house, Hut - Don't know what exactly it is called.
We asked the guy where is this Devbaandh...And he replied this is Devbaandh.We started looking here and there. As we were expecting some Dam. Big river. Or at least a big-small water reserve. But the guy told that it's just a small Dam. Built in a small river and there’s a Ashram l. Now what!!
All of us decided to take the road which was going down to the river, hang out there. Do some mastii..eat food in the nearest Dhaba available and rip back to Mumbai.
But somehow we managed to convince the Hut Guy to cook Chicken, Rice and Dal for us. Me and Shadow went to the nearby village-town for shopping. List includes
1) 2 packet of Meat Masala
2) Adrak-Mirch-Lehsun
3) 2 Kg Desi chicken
4) Drinks and Stuff
5) Cigs
And real party and Fun started at the riverside...with Drinks. And MotorBHAUJI's..Entertaintment.
The Fun lasted for almost an hour, then we went back to have chicken and rice.

After eating lovely food we started for Mumbai around 2:30.
Stopped at Kasara Ghats for some cornering pics, but didn't manage to take any because of Dense Traffic.

On the way back to Mumbai Shiva, Spidy, Motor, Bibek were ripping very hard. While me, SB, Rio and Nitin were trying to catch up.
Took a tea & slice break in between. Then every one took off with a good-bye.Me, Motor and Spidy went together till Jogeshwari and then i headed to Malad W.reached home at 6 'O' clocks.
This was a very tiring ride for me as i haven't slept in the Saturday Night. I just dropped dead after coming from the ride.
Not to mention ride was filled with COMPLETE ENTERTAINTMENT, FUN, MASTI and WHAT NOT except the CRASH.

@mav1234: Thanx for the concern, but that road was 1 way and Bibek was over-taking from the right-side @ 40-50 km/h. So it was quite safe anyways.

@Biru: Nice short log there.. now expecting some good pics from Bibek.

Dont worry dude. It was a ONE-WAY & its quite wide + no rule had been broken
He is one of the safest rider among us.

Nice log Biru... and that lunch in the hut part is my fav man.. I just love to have food in true Gavraan ishtyle.. shucks missed it...
