My first attempt of the SaddleSore1600K on my bike, the Hero Honda CBZ Classic. Let me give you an overview of the ride:

Route : Lonavala - Kolhapur - Ranebennur - Tumkur (Karnataka) and back
Total Distance : 1658 kms
Official Time : 27 hrs 25 mins
Date of Attempt : 09/12/2010 - 10/12/2010
Starting Point : Lonavala HP Petrol Pump , Lonavala
Turn-around-point : SBI ATM , Tumkur city , Tumkur
Start time : 12:00 pm
End time : 03:25 pm
Bike : Hero Honda CBZ Classic "TurboKat"

Thank you so much guys !!! It's nice to get some warm compliments from all of you !! The detailed trip log will be coming soon with the photographs !!! Sorry to inform you that it will take a little time , coz my index fingers on both the hands have gone sore , so won't be able to write it down in a single stretch !! I will try to complete it ASAP !!

Hey guys ... I had searched the entire site and almost the internet for the HH CBZ Classic attempting the Saddlesore .... and did not find any such posts .... Out of curiosity, just want to know if there has been any other attempt by any other biker in India on the CBZ Classic for such a long ride !!! Also want to know , the longest ride on a CBZ Classic in 27hrs ??? Please let me know if you find any details of the same !!!!

Congos.. I own a CBZ Classic too & wanted to try the Saddle sore attempt but it never materialized.

The Longest in a day I have done is 600Kms approx from Bangalore to Goa & the non stop distance I have done is Bangalore-mysore-Bangalore which works out to 270Kms.

Waiting for more details, curious to know how did the bike perform ?
