hey friends,

with no pre-plan activity, with nobody to accompany, and not fixing any particular destination headed to awesome Varandha ghat (bhor ghat) south-west of pune and ended up visiting Shivthar ghal, holy place where Swami samarth wrote epic 'dasbodh' (granth).
>Pune-bhor-Varandha ghat-mahad
returned through >mahad- mangaon- tamhini ghat-paud-pune.

had wonderful ride, enjoyed scenery, corners, got fully wet, ate garma-garam bhaji, Tea and parle-ji biscuits, rode thr scary tamhini ghat alone, started at 5pm and reached safely home at 9pm. sharing the pics..

its a must see in the monsoon, not so long from pune; one day enjoyable ride.

Varandha ghat road conditions were good, but somewhere very bad due to rain..while mangaon to MIDC roads were full of potholes then after MIDC, ghat starts its also in bad condition upto police/tax post after that upto mulshi its ok till paud. i will advise dont ride in night, it was horrible for me due to alone+ bad roads+rain+night time+poor headlight.
