Hogenkal Fall-450km 6 person 5bike in 1day

This was very special and cary trip, i will explain little later why this was Special and crazy trip.

1st few main details of trip :-
Date of trip:- 17th July 2011
Target :- Hogenkal fall, its 220 km from Bangalore, actually from my room
time :- 1day, next day was monday and everyone has to go to office.
Ocassion :- Arijit came from Kolkota to visit his doctor and by God grace doctor declared him 95% healthy (last year he had some serious health issue) and also in same birthday of 3frnd was there. so very special time.




Details of Rider:-

1. Arijit Roy:-he was the main reason why we made this trip, he came from Kolkota to visit his doctor but he planned in a way that he arrived in week when 3 birthday fall in same week. his birthday was on 13th July, doctor declared him healthy. He broke my old high speed of 134km/hr by touching 138, i was pillion which is also broken by me in this trip only.
2. Ankur Patel :- birthday boy on 11july. i was meeting him after 2007 i.e after completing engg 1st time.
3. Ravi Kumar :-so called Don of our group not only group of our batch but don't be scared only his name is Don and i can bet he don't have quality of Don. i don't know why someone gave him this name. anyways from here ownward i will refer him as Don only. while returning he was very enthusiastic of driving fast, he mate with an accident just before his home when we returned.
4. Prakhar Kushwaha :- The Photographer, he is really very talented photographer. special thanks for capturing so many good pics even in very tight schedule.
5. Bitu :-I don't know his real name, he is flatmate of Don and brother of one of our frnd. he joined us when we already started our journey. he is ready to go on long drive anytime and that i came to know this day only.
6. Yashpal Raghav :- its me. and 3rd birthday was mine and thats on 14th july. it took lot of time for me to convince top 4 for this tour. i am crazy about long drive specially if its night drive. i achieved high of 146km/hr with pillion , pillion was Ankur.

Details Of Bike

1. Pulsar 220 :- Mine (fastest bike with max of 146km/hr)
2. Pulsar 220 :- Bitu
3. Pulsar 200 :- Ravi Don
4. Pulsar 135 :- Ankur
5. Karizma :- Prakhar

Records made and Broken:-

1. Arijit broke my high speed of 134km/hr(with pillion) by touching 135 and 138 km/hr with me as pillion.
2. I again broke his just made high of 138 by getting max speed of 146km/hr with Ankur as pillion.
3. our max distance covered in one day 450km for prakhar and me it was 460 as we had to take Ravi to hospital and again back to his home.

Main attractions:-

1. Hogenkal fall was awesome place to visit and the Tokari ride was very joyful.
2. came to know the depth was 150+meter.
3. Road were in very nice condition and patches were so long that one can go crazy for racing.
4. will not write every thing here will leave some thing for you to read and find in main article.

Planing of trip:- on 16th July all 5 memeber from team excluding Bitu was at my room as they all came to meet Arijit the Bingo Dada, suddenly started planing to go some place for 1 day we searched so many places like Yarcaud, Hogenkal fall , or some resort so that we frnds can have some time together out of city crowd as we all were bored of it specially me. Arijit and i was in mood of some long distance driving as we both wanted to drive like crazy, few were neutral and few were in favour resort.
during all planing as usual case for bangalore rain was non stop raining since morning.
some how we went out for dinner in rain only and everyone collected there things from there house as we finalized for Hogenkal ( here arijit and me informed everyone that Hogenkal is only 150km but actually its 220km, as we were aware of fact that if we told actually distance no one will be ready, for this we took Prakhar in confidence as he can dig more on internet) and our starting time was decided as 4-5am on 17th july.
but after dinner and seeing status of rain around 1am morning we dropped out the plan. no need to inform we slept around 3o'clock. this is also very normal timing for us.

but we were not aware that this morning is coming with more surprises and we are going for one of our most unplanned and crazy trip.

The Trip

It was The 17th July 2011, i was sleeping and around 8o'clock in morning some one awoke with "kamine uth jaoo barish nahi ho rahi hai" some one said its to late so we have to stay at home. but suddenly Prakhar said "abe chalo be Hogenkal nikalte hain" means lets go for hogenkal and within 5min every one nodded their head in YES.

we started preparing and to our surprise before 9am everyone was ready, as usual i was little late as morning is not my time.
but around 9.15am we all were on bike with roaring engine, we headed to our Petrol bunk and while we were getting our tank full Bitu called Ravi and when he came to know we are going for Hogenkal he said "i will also go, wait for me near Silk Board" and to my surprise he was at Silk board before time.

we took Hosur Road for Hogenkal as this road is best road around Bangalore and that too without any traffic police so no one can fine us for over speeding.

" as we were 6people and bike was only 5, so i asked one of my friends to give his avenger 220 but he refused to give but one of my senior was ready to give his Discover(please don not underestimate Discover, in past on my frnds discover i made life hell of pulsar 150 and karizma on coorg road), but in morning we that we will go with 1less bike as 6th driver can be used in emrgency. i said emergency because for 2 drive Ankur and Ravi it was 1st long trip so were thinking they might not be able to drive 450km in 1day"

In starting Arijit was driving my bike and i was pillion, he got my bike after very long time so he was in mood of racing(for information he is best driver in my group).
now we were on Hosur Road everyone was racing but all were hungry so were looking for our 1st halt, also i always prefer small 1st stretch as after this bike runs very smooth.
we planned for1st stoppage near Krishnagiri.
after electronic city there is 2 flyover which is long and normally empty so i poked everyone for racing and asked arijit that if u want u can break my high speed of 133-34, but he he was able to overpass this only after Hosur with max speed of 138 he got excited. and during this our 1st destination came i.e Kamat Hotel we stopped and to my surprise Prakhar was closely following us on his karizma. one by one every one arived and we stopped for breakfast around 11.30am
