HELP needed - Suggest a place for the trip

Hello all,

we are planning for a trip on end of Dec 2011, and i need to find a place where we can enjoy, can some one help me with this :

requirements/planned

1. will going in both 2 and 4 wheels , so decent roads are enough
2. Main goal is to have fun in water .. water sports should be there [similar to goa]
3. Green/cool place is ok
4. Its good if some adventure sports available

PS: except Goa and Pondi .. plz suggest some good places for the above
