Q: India(North-East)-Myanmar road query

Before you'll jump to any conclusions, the title is more of a query ... The query is directed to anyone, esp riders from North-East India particularly Manipur. Was doing some random stuff on Google Maps, came across a road NH102 or Imphal Moreh road plying between India (Manipur state) and Myanmar. Is this a good motorable road, has anyone tried this, and if so, what exactly does one need to take care of (paper-work and the works) when trying for a cross-border road-trip. Just a thought.
