A cruising speed of 80 is good for RTR, anything more will definitely harm the engine in long run. Occasional 100 kmph is okay.

The route is very clear, "Bombay to Hyderabad to vijayawada to Vizag"

I advice not take a pilion, he will run away in the middle of the road and catch a bus back to Bombay.

The best crusing speeds for RTR's are between 80-95kmph. If u ask me i like 83-88kmph. Thts the sweet spot. But it can be thrashed at 115kmph+ all day if u can bare with the vibes, Trust me

4. Route suggestions ....
1. It wont. As long as you maintain 80 - 85 K M P H. Give rest to the bike (& yourself) every hour or so.

2. Get the bike serviced. Check the clutch plates / brakes and condition of tires.

3. If possible - get a saddle bag.. take up necessary tools/ puncture repair kit and the foot pump.

4. Route : Hyderabad - NH9 - Suriapet - Vijaywada - NH5 - Eluru - Rajahmundry - Tuni - Vizag.

Good Luck for your trip
