Hi,
I wanted to have a thread , under one roof for bikes where the parts can be swapped or used as an alternative instead of the OE part when OE is not available. As most of them are aware ,The HH Karizma has a parts scarcity as well as exorbitent pricing , but there are cheaper alternatives in the market from other bikes which are straight fits . Please help Us in Updating this thread with bike name and the parts that can be used . Everybody is welcome to give in their inputs and help one another. Here i begin The 220's rear sprockets can be used on the the Karizma , The o ring chain can be used an the conventional chain on the zma can be dropped .. Crash Guard on the Cbz extreme can be fitted onto the Karizma . Half Chain guard of the yamaha enticer is a straight fit on the Karizma. Disc pads on the Karizma : PPl say the RTR ones can be used , Pls confirm ...Guys who ever are using .. Comet GT250: The rectifier on the Comet the same as the one on the Kinetic Blaze. Oil filter of the Fiero/Apache is straight fit on the Comet GT250.(30 rs oly , compared to 600 rs if ordered online) . Yamaha R15 : Main stand from the Rx100 can be used for maintainece. And more to come... Santa

ZMR's Tensioner is a direct fit to ZMA,ZMA's tensioner costs 2000,whereas ZMR's is only 420RS.

Yes,RTR's disk pads can be used. For even cheaper,we can use ASK pads,Which are less than 150rs.

Great thread and initiative Santoosh.
I hope there can be a excel sheet that can be maintained, so that as the thread progresses users wanting to find any information that has been discussed before can simply look into the excel sheet be for prices, part no (if possible) etc. We could have a sheet for a particular model of bike and all information collected can be simply added to that.

Great initiative Santoosh,
Good thoughts running through this thread. 1. Maintain excel spreadsheet with OE parts and the alternative 2. Part# if found suitable with another bike manufacturer to pin point the product which is a direct fit. 3. Cost - We could probably give an idea if not exact price. RX100/135 OE RX Wheel rims - Replacement Hero Honda Splendor Rims
