Default Authenticity of this photo?

Hello all

i need your valuable opinion for this photo.

I want to know whether this shot is possible to take. if yes, how was it composed?

if we see closely, we can see the round edges of earth. is that possible?

for the record, this is taken from top of Burj Tower (Dubai) which is under construction.

will really appreciate your comments

thanks

p.s this is not clicked by me, i got it in an email. just wanted to know out of curiosity.

@maulikfriends: That was, in most probability clicked through a 'Fish-Eye' lens, and hence the effect you see in the picture.

A fish eye lens is generally used to shoot very wide, almost hemispherical photographs. As for the digital cameras, I am not so sure. Perhaps 'Raynox' does manufacture fish-eye attachments, like their famous DCR 150 and 250 series of macro adapters. You would need to research more on this though.

That's not the edges of the earth, it's a fisheye lens or the effect of another UWA.

It's real AFAI'm concerned.

fish-eye is also called as Ultra-wide Angle lens. They have focal length generally varies from 4.5mm to 15mm.
