Guys need your help:
I want to know the basic FUNDA's of photography, i mean to say that you guys pictures are taken way better than me. Now, i want to learn how you guys manage to do it?? Is there any trick or its natural talent

Hi Guys,
It has finally become a necessity for me and I have decided to buy a DSLR for myself. First of all, my budget <= 50,000 bucks  I have narrowed down on the Canon 450D, 500D both with the 18-55 lens. My photography will mostly be outdoors, touring, house party's and automobiles. Could you all please suggest what I should go for, the pro's cons and other suggestions in Nikon as well. I figured out that the prices in Singapore are way cheaper than India. And prices in America are way cheaper than Singapore. So I might be buying the Camera from America (friends will bring it for me) or Singapore (when I go there in May). Also, there is this camera called the Canon Rebel T2i /EOS 550D which is an 18mp camera with full HD video Recording available for 42k in the USofA. Is that a good deal as well?? Speedy responses will definitely help my confusions and make me set a clear mind of how much to Save.
