PSP's screen is too small.. thats why i m not considering it..!!

You can connect psp with TV (through AV cable) , then psp becomes your controller , and your TV becomes the screen.

@inder : dont buy ps2 , there are hardly any new games on it and the graphics will disappoint you for sure.I sold mine in less than 3 mnths to upgrade to a ps3

niks: I was looking at the ps3 as an option but then i found out that the games are too expensive and some technical issues still present in PS3.

the most recent releases and big name games cost the same , but the overall quality of the system is far better , if you have the moolah buy the ps3 , else xbox is good enough for begining console gaming.PS2 should not be considered unless you are a die hard fan of God Of War.

Some of the above discussions are based on how much money can our friend inder spend on gaming.
He has mentioned it cleary that his budget is a constraint and the gaming rig is only for timepass and weekends masti..PS2 fits his budget.

Inder, if i had money, i will certainly buy a PS3 / XBOX fully loaded + a lazy boy recliner + 2mbps line..unit then, it is PS2

Niks, i would say, god of war is one of the good games for PS2. There are more out there
