Default Member Creation:Rear Tyre Design for Bikes

Hi All

I watched the movie Dhoom last saturday and the bikes made me go crazy especially Hayabusa+Nos=Tremendous Speed.

Suddenly thoughts started running in my mind.

These bikes get extreme stability at high speeds coz of the bike rear tyres however these tyres are heavy and reduce a certain amount of speed and fuel consumption is already high on these bikes and is still increased coz of the tyres.

I have come up with a Tyre Desing mainly for the Rear Tyre that will increase stability will not be heavy , speed will increase a bit
more as weight is less.

But on more later thinking i found out that these tyres might increase a little weight instead of reducing them.

However i would like to share my design with you all.

Rear Tyre Design

As what i have written in the image is not clear i have given numbers to it.

1- Rear Tyre Design For Super Bikes
2- Complete Rear Tyre
3- Internal Cut Section
4- Side View
5- Thick Rubber
6- Spongy Substance
7- Wheel Spokes
8- Air Space

This tyre consist of 4 parts
1. Circular Thick Rubber Band resizable in X and Y<Outer Layer>
2. 1st Inner layer Spongy Substance acts as spring
3. 2nd Inner layer normal Thick rubber like tyre that we have on
our bikes it moves with the spongy layer to the right or left
when be move our bike to left or right.
4. Inner most Air cavity <to reduce weight>

Here the spongy substance is something like a spring which moves
\\\\ , //// , ||||
\\\\ //// ||||

It plays the key role when the bike is to the left or right.

However the Thick Rubber remains glued to the road.

Here air cavity is there so that it might reduce weight of the overall
tyre.

The X and Y distannces are fully adjustable according to the manufacturer.

I really coudldnt produce a 3D image of it to make others more clear
about my imagination.

The looks of this tyre aint good but stability is good

I hope that you are getting what i am trying to show you.

Well i will try my best to draw a 3D design soon and paste it here.

All your criticism are wecome.
