[What Bike]: Yamaha-R1 or Honda-FireBlade - xBhp.com : The Global Indian Biking Community

Folks,
I'm looking to buy a SBK. I've closed my options on either Yamaha-R1 or Honda-Fireblade as Ducati is not affordable

Please suggest which one is good option. I'm based out of Pune & Delhi

R1:

Favour: Nice Looks, Good exaust, lot of features on the front Panel LED display, Good Service network, Switch Throttle modes A & B (2010 version) like Hybusa

Issues: Wait until late-Jan or check on some 2nd hand 2008 model

FireBlade:

Favour: Good Looks, C-ABS, HEDS, Turn indicator on the mirror

Issues: Honda Service Network, Some issues in the bike based on some review comments from FireBlake-Kolkatta, Exaust, no fendor on the back tyre, less features on the front panel

Both are in similar price tags.
I'm slightly confused which one to choose. Both are equally good. Please suggest.
