Exclamation superbike or classic

hi all.
i may sound crazy.
i hail from indore (mp)
i need a two wheel thingy for my commute. cars are too cumbersome in city. i have a classic zen 2004 mpfi thatz done flawless 130000+kms @20-24 kmpl.
thats how its been kept.
i want my 2 wheeler to b a posseur , no one should think that i m on 2 wheels because i cant afford or maintain a four wheeler. thats not the case anyway.
i wish to have a 2003-4 r1. or a hayabusa.
running would b 100-300 km per week. mostly on daily basis.
i love sunbeam ss6 n 7 that i may get for 4-7 lacs. something i dont know if i deserve. but no sbk , and i mean NO sbk can ever match its aura.
anyway, trouble with the sbks is, legality issues and exorbitant quotes.
i think when a legal dealer imported r1 or busa 1-2 yo is available for 9-10 lacs,
a 2003-04 model legal sbk should b mine for half that money.
that remains an elusive dream as yet. no one qoutes less than 7 lacs for the same.
as for the sunbeam, the trouble is , routine demands of a twin classic, which deems it too impractical for daily usage.
either of my steed shall remain with me till the day my now 6 yo kid rides it to college.
advise me on the right steed, as well, inform me if i can get a sbk for the reasonable money.
mail rnidhan@gmail.com or scrap me on orkut a/c by same name.

thank you.

If classic & exclusivity is what you are looking for, I suggest going in for a late model Triumph T100 Bonneville. With that you get exclusivity (how many triumphs do you come across in India), the new bikes need very little maintenance and you are still owning a classic british marque with modern day technology like disc brakes, electronic ignition etc and technologywise they are not rocket science and can be maintained by a decent mechanic. Ofcourse, parts like any other 'imported bike' will be costly, but thats the price of exclusivity. BTW, the T100 is a very enjoyable bike to ride- Across the city or across the country.

Please do give it some thought.
