Default yamaha or honda

guys i am really confused as i have already booked the r15 day before yesterday but last night saw on ndtv profit that honda are all set to bring out a 200cc+ bike in 1lac+ bracket any idea which or what type of bike???? it can't be the cbr 150 for sure....don't think honda will upgrade that bike specifically for our market.. or will it be the vtr 250.(spokesperson for honda said its between 200-250cc)

It is neither a CBR nor a VTR. It is supposed to be a bike developped for India! And I feel that it would be better than the Yam!

I Did not exactly get what you actually wanted? Can you be more clear?
Do you want help in selecting or that you have already selected and want to know its right or not??

for aam junta Honda will sure prove a better bet, wish they pack in more technology to make the motorcycle more exciting than R15 post 7000rpm and a handling to die for, but if they are going the CB way, its okay, its just that i am not their target customer

The thread started seems to be in an Dilema as he has booked the R15 - but after hearing the news he would have thought of the Wait....

My advice would be doesnt matter Honda releases a Bike in 200 - 250cc category...
What is your Likeness - R15 is an 150cc which can bump up more power

If your target is on More Cubic Capacity with lesser price then wait for the Honda...

why is that everyone wants a honda or a yamaha...... those bikes are good in sense of quality n refinement n enjoyment n everything what a simple guy want from a bike....... but in India these two players are doing nothing....... don't tell me about R15(think when they launched it..... consider the time)........ they only want to invest when the market is mature...... but we saw that market is matured by TVS n Bajaj....... yamaha n honda are world famous for their products....... why can't they take the Indian market seriously...... why wait till the market is good enough...... everyone wants profit...... so these two players can make the market move their way...... there are many diehard fans for these players...... n we know that how Indian moves....... they swear by their faith....... see Maruti in terms of four wheelers....... even BMW is an example....... figures speaks more than ads....... so they can atleast try something mind blowing.......
