Question i'm to buy my first bike, need suggestions

i'm confused between yamaha fazer, hero honda karizma & apache rtr 180..
my requirements are:
1. travelling in city around 30 kms..
2. travelling on highway around 70 kms..
3. i want power + less maintenance.
4. my budget is 80k.
i'm 5'7" 60 kgs.
please people help..

power eliminates fazer,maintenance eliminates TVS( i think...plz comment tvs owners) so zma is the right choice...otherwise rtr180 for absolute performance..and your height is well suited too.
