Cool Suggestion for My New Bike.

Friends, I have planned for going for a new bike in next 2 months. Looking for some suggestions for choosing a best one of the lot as there is many bike which shines in their own aspects.

The bikes that i have in my mind are,

* Honda Unicorn
* Suzuki GS150R
* Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme
* Bajaj Pulsar 150cc
* Hero Honda Hunk
* Yamaha Gladiator

These are the things i am looking for,

* A good pickup
* Mileage around 50-55kmpl
* Decent Top Speed
* Front Disk Brakes
* A good one for city ride
* Somewhat Stylish

So kindly help me to choose a bike wisely and i started this thread because i saw many were really satisfied with their completion of queries which they posted here and got the bike as they needed.

Thank you so much guys.

Regards,
//Anandh

If mileage is the priority than you can go for unicorn or Suzuki GS150R as the extreme and hunk returns mileage of around 40-45

Gray-haired riders don't get that way from pure luck.

smooth engine.. reliable.. old horse.. less style.. ok pickup..

* Suzuki GS150R
smooth.. god looks.. good topspeed.. 6th gear for cruising at highway.. mileage.. seems perfect for your req. take a test ride..

* Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme
dated.. good pickup.. not sure about mileage thing..

* Bajaj Pulsar 150cc
jack of all.. and the highest selling thing .. Indian and indianised, cheap spares, road side mechanic can fix it, cheap upgrades available.. but would be common if you are looking for styling..

* Hero Honda Hunk
don't know..

* Yamaha Gladiator
don't know..

if styling and city rides are only thing.. can include P135 and Stunner there..

These are the things i am looking for,

* A good pickup

The Yamaha Gladiator has excellent build quality. Ask an expert like c_sbk. He will show you point by point from the way the alloys are designed to the way the cables are put together. It has better acceleration than the rest that you have enumerated. And it surely has VERY good handling. But I guess I am the only one saying this here. But, I do say, it is an excellent motorcycle.

Unicorn would be the best to suit most of your requirements
Uni is a good tourer, commuter, FE-45-50kmpl, front disks, fair looks, very good breaking and handling, good seating position, very smooth and less maintainance ..
