Lighter bike does not mean unstability and vice versa. Unicorn is the most stable bike of the 150 lot (check the BI May issue).

I am sure the Dazzler will be as good as Unicorn.

Good that you made the decision better to choose what you feel will suit you better than go for something that others suggest. Any way i booked my GS today lol

Congratulations to the would be owner of the big monster.

I am going for the little monster for now.

Lets have a thread each on our experiences :-) I envy the covered chain!
Will book mine this weekend.

And again thanks for the xbhp community and all the members here! You have been a great help.

Yup enjoy the Ride and Ride Safe. Had a last minute Sneek at Dazzler To actually completely make my decision Sat on it Couldn't get a test ride but height was a major factor downplaying it for me atleast. And if i would have booked it no wait time would have got it the same day or next day

It is being launched in Chandigarh today. The guy says that he can get me the demo piece (one of the 4) immediately. But I think that it is the demo piece and seemed to lack the glitter and paint finish. So i think i would wait another 15 days for the production version.

yes , he said 120 days for delivery. Im from chennai and i went to kun honda showroom in adayar. i was actually not much bothered by the small size, but i dont have patience for 4 months so i dropped it off my mind, for unicorn he said 2 months or 3. I am surprised by your comment saying he will deliver it in 15 days or a month, better confirm it cuz one of my friends in coll got his unicorn after 2.5 months

Delivery period depends on the demand and supply. If demand is too much they will definitely take long time.
15-20 days is for UNI Dazzler. I have confirmed it and I will ask them to mention the delivery period on the booking order so that I have something to discuss if any delays occur.

Default Eend of the Wait...Finally :-)

Got my Dazzler today!

The process was a bit of ordeal due to my own eagerness to have it as soon as possible. I was informed that I can collect the bike today in the morning. I fixed the time of 2:00 PM with the dealer.

About the time when I reached I saw that the truck is still waiting for unloading. So I have to push them a bit to get the process hurried up.
Finally after all the paperwork and a bit of wait that seemed to be quite long. I got to have the first ride of my new CB Unicorn Dazzler...of course straight to the fuel pump :-)

Today I drove it about 30 KM and the first impression is that it has lots of power. That is what I felt. Brakes don't bite too hard and are mostly linear... Not like Pulsar's dead-stop kind. I also enjoyed the luxury of rear brakes..they are also bit clumsy but the stopping capabilities will be more clearer when I master the machine's true character.

There are still some tidbits that need refinement like the side-mirror mounting points are welded to the brake mounts (not die cast) so there will be some improvements in the coming time but the most critical components are just excellent workmanship-wise. I think it has the best finish on the engine as compared to any other bikes around. and faar better than GSX that is just painted in glossy black!

All black bike will need some maintenance as even small dabs of sweaty hands leave a mark. But that's the price to pay for the x-factor that all black theme exudes.

Also I am liking the Sabertooth styled front tank cowls.

Engine felt a wee-bit rash than the CB Unicorn and bike feels crisper than the GSX 150 R that gives a riding-an-elephant kind of feeling. That is somewhat my type

Honda's have not provided any accessories or goodies and I was in lots of hurry to discuss inventories..had to report at the office again ...

The pearl black looks classy and the instrument panel glows at all the times. Especially notable when going through shady area on the road or towards the twilight.

So finally, thanks for all of you to guide me through this difficult decision. While I run it in..I will keep you all posted.

PS: Mods, should this thread be moved to ownership section now? :-)

Bye All,
Again thanks!
