@abhinavkumar - I own a RED Hunk since july 2008. Till date i did not have any problems with it in terms of performance, fuel economy.

Riding comfort - It helps me to ride in posture in city/highways while touring. I have made 5 long trips with fellow xbhpians covering not less that 300kms in a day. Alll through the trip i am happy in terms of riding comfort/performance and fuel economy. Really suspension is very good.

Performance - It will suffice your expectation for quick pick up. You may test it if you have a friend who owns a Hunk. It will win when you compare with other 150cc bikes. I have topped 115kmph in my Hunk.

Fuel Economy - On an average i get 53kmpl in city and 55kmpl in touring.

Looks - I will definitely gives good appearance. It looks massive when you compare to other 150cc bikes.

Engine - Its a reliable engine, which is ideal to Honda unicorn

When compare to CBZ - It has good pick than a CBZ xtreme but heavy. I guess CBZ xtreme has 3rd gear problem. I am able to notice this in my friends bike. All 3 of them has 3rd gear issue, in that 2 are brand new. This is important factor. When you observe in 3rd gear in CBZ xtreme, the gear box makes some noise when you go and observe in a calm road.

My suggestion - Having known the reviews, choose a bike which your heart says.

@abhinavkumar - you initiated this thread with your fond towards HH CBZ / Hunk.

Apart from these two, i would suggest you to look into Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler. Always a Honda product is more reliable and bullet proof in terms of Engine and build quality apart from cycle part like Indicator etc.

Sorry to deviate from your views Just a opinion.
