      I think suiting your requirements
Dazzler is no doubt the winner from the list with all the latest gizzmos..
But I guess, even within your budget you can think about options like
Apache RTR 180 & P180.. Am not sure about its exact pricing, but guess should be within your budget. RTR180 is awesome, considering the power you looking out for with decent FE.

@ T.S : i reckon TVS Apache RTR 180 will suit your requirement very well.

Second option : Bajaj Pulsar 180.
Before narrowing on any bike just DONT forget to test ride it... Happy buying.

if u want a hassle free engine i wud say go for Dazzler
GS150r is also good but does not have the pickup which more or less turns down the person...CB Unicorn has better pickup in comparison
P135 i dont hav any comments...plp just rip tis engine to achieve the speed don't know how long can the 4-valve engine take it...

There's no end for the hunger of power!!

If you are looking for a temporary solution to tackle the hunger then Dazzler will bring you smile from your above mentioned list.

Or you can consider the RTR180 whichis priced slightly higher than the Dazzler but it's much more 'wilder'!!

Something from Top GEar Popped into my mind which is exactly what I think of Apache Bikes

                          Owning this bike is like
                          owning a two-year-old child.

It's really annoying for a lot of the time
but if someone tried to take it away from
                          you...

                          You'd kill them.

If you've got the money, push the choice to the R-15/P220, Pure Power is what they are about. If Mileage/Costs are a problem, look at RTR 160/180, but I'd ask you to wait for the New RTR. P-135 is a good option as well, but the reliability factor is very limited in Pulsar Engines, if maintained improperly.

GS-150,Unicorn et all really cant deliver the rush you are looking for..

But On terms of practicality, I wouldnt really buy the RTR or Bajaj or the R-15 , simply because we really dont have the roads to use them and besides that is'nt rash driving condoned! I really dont see the point in buying a bike which i can't really "USE".

I'd ask you to stop looking online now and do a test ride. Nothing beats that.

                            Just my 2 cents...
