it applies to every motorcycle manufacturer except bajaj

@TS:- If money is not a constraint then the p180 anyday. If you are concerned about mileage then the p135.

To make things more naked and make the bike feel light (also to wor on aerodynamics if i 'm not wrong) only in p180 it feels more plasticised not to worry much on those regards in p135. P135 was also named bike of the year in ZIG WHEEELS what else do you want go for it dude.

A few concerns on P135, Is it feels more plasticity ? may be I feel it that way bcoz I had eyes on P180 ?

The P135LS is as 'Plasticy' or 'Non-Plasticy' as any other bike. Almost all bikes in India have a metal tank (except the FZ/Fazer) and side and tail panels made out of fibre.

Mileage: The P135LS wold return around 55 kmpl and the P180 would give around 40-45 kmpl.

Go for whichever bike you feel comfortable on or just listen to your heart.

hi!
it would be helpful if u could tell us about ur height . If u hav a good enuf height u can go for p180, but expect d mileage to be 40-45 and good performance.
if u give more importance to fuel efficiency and ease of riding then go 4 p135. if u want performance and a bike which will be more stable go for p180. if u are into touring it makes more sense to go for p180. i would suggest to wait till diwali if possible for more launches. i had also heard rumours of a 4valve p180/p150. i suggest u wait a while.
U can also look at sz 150 or discover 150 if u want decent power and ,mileage at a cheaper price.

Since you are inclined toward 135LS, and your id also says so , go for what your heart says.

P180 has tubeless tyres, better top speed, more weight & more stability but it also makes it maneuver in bazaar areas a little tough. This is my personal experience, after all. For city & traffic congested areas, 135LS is better choice as well as it gives you more FE(~10kmpl).

If you plan long tours or more highway rides, I will suggest you 180UG4.

Take test rides with both, ride it for 3-4km and specially in that place where you will ride mostly. This will give you better idea.

If there is a mind-heart conflict, go for what your heart says.

P.S. There is now P220S which you might give a shot too, if it suits your pocket. If you like 180UG4, you will also feel even better with 220S.

Hey I am 5'8 and a fit person.
I like to go for 135LS, but my inner heart says you will be missing out the beast
Now I keep starring at all pulsar when I commute to work to see which looks good. Seriously P180 is sexy
I think I have a split heart; half for 135 and half for the beefy look of P180.
Today I am supposed to meet the dealer; but postponed it.

machan i dint see your location .In chennai only few p135 compared to p180s if you like to have a unique bike(meant something less on roads) p135 if you are not alligned to such sentiments go for p180 eyes closed the beast is more sexy but that's my personal op0inion.P180 is the best for namma chennai traffic hope i see you surpassing the red(as you wpuld have done sevberal times on your rx) leaving behind our most soughted mama's(traffic police)heads down as shouting and i will think its you best wishes happy vrooming with p180(in your near future)

P180 looks same as P150 as well as P220S. It is very common on any Indian road. Go for P220S then.

You can also buy P135LS & P220S together.

If you happen to like P180, then just go for it unless you are really concerned about mileage. Anyways, P180 should also give you 40kmpl. P135LS is real fun within city and it's good enough for one-day trips once in a while. On the other hand P180 might become handful in traffic, but it will show you what it is made of.. on a highway. Often, I wonder how just a 30cc (when compared to P150) makes a huge difference. P180 has got awesome ride, there is no question on it. If you think traffic in your area is manageable with P180, then why not go for it??
