Default In great dillema!!!!

hello friends this is cbraj aka sunny. Actually i've moved from bidar(a district in karnataka) to banglore just a month ago!I'm an engineering student in Dayananda sagar college of engineering 3rd yr CSE branch. Actually i own a pulsar 180 UG-III model(2009). Since i've been getting some problems for moving around in the city, i thought of gettin my bike transported from my native. But some of my friends here are suggesing that i should sell the bike and get a Honda dio.and another problem is that I have my height around 5.4,, so what do you think which bike suits me the best.
i like some kind of touring to be done, i like both of them but in a dillema which one to go with please help me with it!!!!!!!

Why do you want to downgrade to a scooter? If you truly love your bike, just transport it here. Or dump it and get a so called "DIO".

You have a good bike already, why sell it and get something else? Get the bike to Bangalore. While touring it will be way better than a Dio.
Your bike has a KA plate so no problems with cops either.

I wouldnt recommend such a down grade. If touring is on your mind then forget dio. All your body parts will start complaining just after 2 hours of riding. Get your pulsar transported from your place. Its a very good bike for touring & city riding.

Here are my suggestions :

1. DONT go for a DIO.
2. Keep touring on P180
3. Go to bidar & ride the bike straight to bangalore. That will be another tour too

I know you love your bike bro. Dont sell her off. Just get her there.

P180 is a sweet machine bro.. Pls dont downgrade at any cost. Do a tour from Bidar to Bangalore man as some1 suggested.. The trip log would look great in this very thread

1st of all i know bangalores process due to relatives

so let me tell u 1thing dont DOWN GRADE

2ND its not easy bringing to bangalore

1st u NEED to pay road tax 14.5% incl vat of basic price of what you bought there
2nd theres lots of trouble like getting form 14 i think or someother they ask all details
u need to register and get a no plate of bangalore within 11months

not sure but one rto office agent told that you need to pay 14 + 12% in form 14 and road tax am not sure of this BUT 14% FOR SURE

if you want i can get you more info but still ALL THESE WILL TAKE A FRACTION OF ORIGINAL COST BUT WILL BE BETTER THAN DIO....

ps if you didnt knew and this is a trouble think it all
