Default 1996 Bullet vs 2007 Bullet

I'm offered a 1996 Bullet with few alterations like heavy crank, alloy wheels etc @70K. This bike is decently maintained but lacks some chrome and a seat and kicker replacement. I drove this one and it goes smoothly in about 20Kmh on top gear and does a 90Kmh without any vibration.

Also got a chance to buy 2007 STD Bullet with no alteration has run less than 5K kilometers for about 80K. I suspect this one will have a lighter crank since only Bullets after 2009 are having heavier cranks.

What should I buy? Any advantages for older models?

60k for a 96 bull is to much. the newer bulls had better quality control , pick up the 2007 model but it is still not worth 80k, maybe 50k-60k not more
