    I want to buy a second hand bike in the range of rs. 40000

    Guys, I want to buy a second hand bike in the range of rs. 40000, preferably low mileage and purchased in 2008-09.

    My options are unicorn, stunner and GS 150 R.
    I have seen stunner reviews & many of the users complain about engine being harsh at speeds @70+ kmph range.

    Unicorn is all time fav. but i am finding it difficult to get one arnd 40k n two years old.

    GS reports say something about rusting problems with fuel tanks and some other parts.
    Which one of these three is the least troublesome bike to use for 2-3 years?
    please suggest.

      i would suggest u a unicorn over GS as it have some issues in the intial batches.(but i think its owners have changed it under warranty).u can find a 2 year old uni for max 45K.

        The oldest version,the first generation(2005-06 range) of Unicorn will be available for 30-40k..
        Hard to find the next generation Unicorns within that price range ..But you'll get if you're lucky.. (i have tried and failed looking for unicorn's in this range for months..)

            search is on...

            it has become difficult to get a uni arnd 40k. since new bike has a long waiting people are well aware of the demand. still the search is on...

              Karizma Naked Bike

              A second hand 2 year old bike on an average would be run anywhere between 20 - 30,000 Kms. Please see my post under the buy/sell section of xBhp titled "Karizma Naked Bike" which has run under 30,000 Kms though is a 2002 model. I am looking for a price of 25,000/- and I can assure you that the bike is in pristine condition. I am located in Mumbai and you can PM me here in case you are interested.
