25 Kms / Week comes to 1200 KMs/year. Add 1200 KMs of touring and it still comes to 2500KMs per year. After 1 year, your bike will be worth about 80% of its street value. All for 2500 KMs?

My suggestion: buy a five-year old good specimen of either Karizma or Pulsar 200/180 you are reasonably sure has been maintained well. I'd lean towards a Karizma.

Not exactly what you might want to read, but makes sense after the excitement dies down.
My Dad won't let me get a used bike. It's gotta be new :|

@avada02 - As per your requirement FZ would be the best bet. Have a look @ apache also.
I like FZ but Fazer better. I won't go for Apache because it's TVS.

Thanks again
I've already booked a Fazer but I'm having second thoughts for ZMA and 220

I wish it were a simple job! Whew!

Congrats!

How much is waiting for Fazer and what is the OTR price for Fazer in Mumbai?

The waiting for Fazer is 45 days but I got it done for 20 days.

The New Fazer with kick is 84.4k and the price of older version is 83k. All prices mentioned on-road.
