Default Need a new bike to replace fiero and pulsar 200.

Good day to all.
I have a 2001 suzuki fiero which has done 90k so far.
Positives:
There are lot of positives.; you guys know it better than anybody else.

Negatives:
1.Bike has become a bit old.
2.It feels quite cumbersome to drive with a pillion on board (read wife)
3.Hard suspension when compared to other bikes esp my pulsar 200.
4.No disc brake so braking is a concern.

2007 Pulsar 200 which has done 28k

Positives:
There are many so not going to discuss it.

Negatives
1.Taking U-turns is always scary.
2.Even after using all these years,I am pretty scared of using the front disc brakes in pulsar 200 as i have skidded thrice already.
3. karnataka registration.I moved to chennai now.

Pulsar 200 is my daily driver and i use fiero occassionaly.

My dilemma:
With cops on alert to make a quick buck out of whatever they set their sight on,Its difficult for me to survive here with a karnataka registration bike.

So should i sell this bike and get a new one or get NOC and change the registration to TN?
If yes, How much can i sell it for and how much will be the NOC and TN registration procedure will cost?

Other option is to sell fiero and buy a new bike to use here and keep Pulsar 200 ocassionally.
How much can a 2001 suzuki fiero fetch?

Which bike will suit me better?
Priority
1.Comfort>Refinement>Power>Mileage

3 bikes in contention are
1.yamaha SZ-R but i like the looks of SZ-X better
2.Honda unicorn Dazzler
3.Apache RTR ABS (fast bike with less skidding problem i guess)

Sorry for the long post.I need all your expert suggestions.

Guess Apache 180 ABS will be the best among these.

hmm,i dont understand why you want to keep both the bikes?
Why dont you sell both of them and buy a brand new bike
Since you have a skidding problem, you can go with the apache abs, or you can sell away the pulsar 200 right now use the fiero for some time and wait for some new bikes to release,KTM200(its small and nimble, since you feel pulsar is heavy), new pulsar/apache series bikes etc,.
I guess you can sell of the pulsar quite easily through your friends/relatives in karnataka, just go there for a day, find a dealer and sell it...

I would suggest you sell off Fiero.. it's already pretty old and getting spares will become tougher by the day, plus it's nearing 90k on odo, it's a matter of time before it starts asking for more maintenance. Keep the P200, getting NOC is not a great deal. I'm sure you'll have friends who are in Karnataka, they can help you. It will hardly cost you Rs. 2000/-. You can wait a little longer for the new bike, there are going to be plenty of new launches in the next 6 months or so.

Was there something common on those instances (when you skidded)? Just check how you are using the brakes.. I haven't heard from anyone something like this!!

Go for the Apache ABS..There's no point in waiting for a bike,as companies will go on launching new products.
