buy karizma r .. it excellent for city traffic and comfortable..
and you said 80+ on return.. which should mean 160+ overall ... over 3 overs of drive on any bike is not recommended.. if that's the case.. buy both car and bike.. use bike for 2-3 days a week to office..

First of all ...thanks a lot noor for approving the post.

and Thanks to all of you for providing me so much with information from your experience.
Going to test ride Fazer and R15 this weekend. May be test ride ZMR ( or simple Karizma only) this weekend. Probably it will give me a better idea about different aspects.
