Exclamation difference in rtr 180

hi.i got an offer to purchase a used rtr 180 black under 47k..its a 2009 model and 10k kms clocked..is there any difference in versions between 2009 and 2011 timeline..i mean the technological differences in 2009 and 2011 models.. i'm talkin about nonABS versions..is it a good offer??..and what is the best price to give for a used rtr 180 considering the year of make(after 2009-11) and kms clocked??plz help me..

Take the price down to 35-40 that would be enough There is no Difference in 09-2011 models

Man its a STEAL if you are getting it under 47k....
Last monthI was planning to book a CBR and inquired to sell my 2009(sept) RTR 180[now dropped the idea and waiting for Hyosung],in showroom,and they were ready to take it for 50k.that means,they would sell it at around 52k afterwards...

Just be careful about the condition of the bike....check it thoroughly...
