Default Planning for a new bike.....please help...

Hi,

I am very new to biking I bought a fz16 in jan 2011.Its my first bike my learning and riding everything is on fz.I'm 5ft 10 and weight 88 kg.I can vouch now I can ride the machine well. Now I'm keen for a sports-commuter like new r15.My usage is mainly city and few weekend ride.I want the new bike to be a breeze in traffic like fz and after a naked one I would like to own a full fairing on.I am planning for a new one in jan 2012 or may be before if i can sell my current machine for a good price. My budget is extendable till cbr 250 non abs.My choice is r15 version 2(not sure if suitable for my built),as i have read and heard the cbrs launched in india don have up to the mark paint and build. All suggestion are welcome for a bike which will be worthy upgrade from fz.

P.S: I can wait if a good machine is scheduled for launch in near future not exceeding jun 2012.And I personally don't like ZMR.

Go for the R15 v2 or else you can wait for the CBR150R which is gonna be launched next year around March.

If im going for 150 its surely r15 v2....if cbr itll be 250 not 150....i kind of given up hope about new pulsars don't know if they will be launched anytime soon.I'm kind of bent on faired machine as i own a naked one now so may be ktm is nice but not sure about them..

edit: Is the riding position of r15 suitable for my built?

if you are gonna use it mostly for short distance riding then you can go for either of the r15 or the cbr(preferably r15 saves u a lot of money and luks better than cbr)

but if u want to use the bike for touring too then cbr anyday

+1 bro this is what I was thinking.Though main purpose is city commute and occasional tour my main concern about r15 is if riding stunce is suitable for my built and pillion comfort(there will be no one sided pillion but lack of grab rail worries me).

Edit:What about pulsar 220?I've heard that its a great VFM and allrounder. Will it be worthy upgrade from fz?..
