Are you planning to sell off your 150&get a new 220?
If you are planning to modify your 150 to a 220, then I don't think its possible/worth even the thought!

IMpossible either sell your P-150 off and get an R-15 or a 220.

Guys, by "change", he means selling his 150 and getting a 220. The "What Bike?" category suggests this.

Very well be the case! And we (atleast me) thought he plans to plonk the P220's mill onto his P150!

If by change you mean you want to buy a new P220 then i think you should wait some time as the newer P220 is close to launch .
