Among the bikes you have mentioned, my choice would be the GS 150, to know why, please check my posts in the GS thread.
However, if you could elaborate a bit more on your budget price range, also on your riding style&personality, I may suggest you some other bikes.
As said by Sarvajit, please elaborate on your budget price range along with your prioritees and likings....!

Among the mentioned ones and with a little knowledge of your likings, I also would advice the GSR among these!

@amd : Go for GSR, go to ownership thread and know more about this machine. GSR is excellent commuter and a good tourer as well so it suits your needs. It can fetch 40+ kmpl FE easily.
Dont you think it is not as much as stylish as new pulsar ug4

I think Pulsar 180 UG4 is best suited to your requirement. Its good for city as well as touring and also gives you big bike feel (compared to RTR180).

Mileage is overall around 45-48 kmpl so thats better than your expactation.

And now with UG4 Pulsar engine is more refined than ever before, and gives you around 120+ true top speed.

Service network is among the best in country.

Hey, I think it looks really good with the twin headlamps&black visor, Honda style position light etc. Haven't seen it in the flesh though, guess I'll have a look when it comes to the showroom.
