m plannin to start off a mountain bike frame building company. y'know just a few high end frames , maybe a dirt jump hardtail and a freeride FS. (just frames). and as of now, no cross country frames and road bikes, maybe later on !
most of the frames would be custom made, like for eg, you need your initials cut out on the drop outs , i can get 'em done , courtesy - laser cutting.
could also make custom disc brake rotors with custom cut outs on the braking surface
still working out on the design of the frames. planning to use aluminum alloy (6061 or 6351) and 4130 cro moly.( cromoly is really hard to source
) one more material that i've found out thats got really good yield strength and tensile strength is duplex stainless steel. though not much used on bike frames, is pretty good stregth wise, not planning to use carbon steel at the moment, but still could consider it---its what normal bikes are made of, so not so keen on it.most of the frame parts would be laser cut or cnc machined.

these are some of the basic things m puttin forth.
now for the big question...WOULD YOU GUYS BE INTERESTED????
