    Thread Approved.

Nice brief touch to the topics

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

I don't know if this is OT, but i have a projector assembly. Would it affect the resale value of my bike?

Well extra modification may affect the resale but for some people who is looking to buy a second hand bike with a little more extra features , they will be happy .

Well it all depend on the condition of the bike and mileage . If the projector is fitted probably and from a good brand , you can ask for a bit more .

              hello Captain..!!
i have a honda cb unicorn(32000 kms) which i just got from my brother... however, there are several issues with the bike..
              1) front disk brake performance: the play of the lever is too much and if i apply the brake the vehicle comes to halt with axial (along the length of vehicle) vibrations of it. what could be the probable cause..?? also any tricks to reduce the freeplay of the lever (as i am not satisfied with my local honda servicemen)
              2) also at what km of running front damper oil and the seals should be changed..??? the front assembly is causing me a lot of trouble when riding. the service center guys said the forks are out and repaired it but same problem started after a month or so...
              thanks in advance.

Also do post this on Honda unicorn thread

                Check this link

1 well the free play of the lever can be adjusted , it's better to take your vehicle to an experienced mechanic . am too fed up with the Honda service.

                2 I think it's every 15000km , it's better to show your bike to a trusted mechanic .

After installing k&n, even if we manage to get a perfect tune, it wont give much gain on a engine running on stock exhaust.
It will only give noticable gain only if the exhaust is replaced with a FFE system
This is what i know of, correct me if im wrong.

That's right , the only thing k&n would is increase the bikes breathing and like you said it won't do any performance change .

Yes stock exhaust is restricted so it wont give any gain unless you install a free flow exhaust system(i mean both the pipe and muffler)

free flow will do good but it's best to choose the branded ones . But isn't it against the rule to fit an aftermarket loud exhaust. Correct me if am wrong ??

Yes aftermarket exhausts are illegal, they will pollute more
