there is a screw to increase the idling, u can do it by hand. there may be some pictures of it on xbhp or elsewhere online. ask some bike owner they will surely know

its not a big deal its there with every bike.

Check manual for Idling screw and try increasing the idle to the required levels as indicated in Manual. Once the engine is hot, set the rpm levels as indicated in manual.

Congratulations on ur new bike!!, read the following carefully-

1.Check what is ur idling rpm (dat is figure indicated on d rpm meter when bike's engine is on and u r not engaging d accelerator). It should be around 1500 rpm ideally on a warmed up engine.

2. Also apart from Rpm if ur bike is starting very cold ( Dat is wid poor response to throttle and shutting down quickly after starting) then u might have to change the carburettor setting in such a way as to increase the amount of fuel going into the carburettor.

Like the posts above say, check your idle RPM after the engine has warmed. The manual will suggest a range. You can easily bring it up if it is below that range.

To adjust the idle, first you have to find the idle screw. I have not seen a P135, but i'll tell you how you may find it. When the engine is off, rotate your throttle up and down, (accelerate/decelerate) while looking at the engine closely. You may want someone to help you. You will observe a part moving along with the throttle. This is the throttle lever, and is connected to the throttle via a cable. There should be a screw touching this. It can be adjusted by hand, to keep the throttle more open, when there is no throttle applied by you.

Do this adjustment only after you have warmed the engine (ride ~5km). While the engine is on, make very samall turns, carefully observing your new RPM. Do not touch the throttle when making the adjustments. Wait for the RPM to settle before adjusting again. When you are done, rotate the throttle once or twice to make sure that the idling speed does not change. If it changes, re-adjust.

DO NOT adjust for idle RPM higher than the recomended range.

I did find the idling screw and adjusted the idle speed to 1500rpm when engine is hot. And bike's not shutting down now when its warm.
BUT when the bike is cold it keeps shutting down until 1km till it gets a little hot.
Someone mentioned something about carburettor settings, do i show it at the SC for that. Because now im constantly adjusting the idle screw(when starting bike,after its warm,after very warm etc)

First of all, your bike is pretty new, and is probably still in the run-in period. During the period and preferably always, you should start your bike and wait for 60-70 seconds before moving off. This will make the oil warm and reach all parts of your engine and evenly warm it up. Otherwise certain parts of your engine are warm, certain parts are cold. This leads to a lot of stress on the engine.

If you wait that one extra minute you can save a lot. You won't have shutdowns, your engine life is extended, etc... You may also use half choke while starting, and zero choke, about 5 seconds later. Then wait 60 seconds and move off.

Like i said before, you should adjust the idle RPM when it is warm, so why do u have to constantly adjust it? If it was set to 1500 when it is warm, leave it there. You should not adjust it again. NB: If you adjusted for 1500 when it was properly warmed, you WILL NOT get 1500 when it is cold. When you start it it will be less than 1500, it will very slowly rise to 1500 as your engine warms up.

If you still have problems, i guess you can look for other causes. BTW what is the idle RPM your manual recomends?

RPM suggested in manual is 1400. I have set it to 1500 when it was warm and it doesn't seem to be giving that problem now. No need to adjust the idle screw.
I usually just start the bike and go off, i will warm the engine henceforth like you said above for a minute. Thanks Ayson

If the manual says 1400 +/- 100 then you are fine, but if it is max 1400 then you should reduce to 1400. That one minute warming will make sure your bike wont't shut off.

Higher idle RPM = higher fuel consumption, higher engine temp, higher wear on clutch, higher engine wear.

What i suggest is you find your best setting from the lower side, not from the higher side. ie: set it to as low as you can in which the engine wont' shut off when warm.

I have now kept bike on a little less than 1500(~1400) when warm and seems to be no problem now.

Use choke in the morning for cold starts. Run for 15-30 sec with choke on. You will not have any problems..

There is no manual choke in Pulsar 135 LS. Instead Autochoke is provided as in Pulsar 220. So you can't use choke manually. One thing you can do is, while starting, hold the throttle a bit for 4-5 secs and leave, then you will see Autochoke kicks in and keeps the rpm at about 3k rpm for 20-30 secs and then it dips to normal.
