Actually the problem with the bike in the photo is that the white tank is not matching the side fairings and headlight cowl, had the tank been red it would have looked more balanced, the v2 front tyre is around 2k and the rear 3k, i'm going for the swing arm swap, with tyres, chain/sprocket kit, probably will use an fz rear rim with a disc brake adapter and plonk the rear rim up front, along with a NS200 tail tidy and a custom fender eliminator, topped off with a custom paint job.Originally posted by Sunil Guli View PostLeave a comment:

I have always hated the rear part of v2.0.. Though looks sexy, its not very functionally designed. I was only interested in the engine side panels. After seeing the picture, I dont think i will do it. It looks bit ugly. Is v2.0's front tyre available in market and if it is available, can anyone tell me its approximate price?Leave a comment:

Not sure if it's photo chopped or not, the pic is from the modifications thread. The side fairings definitely fit without trouble, the only upgrade that requires some fabrication is the rear sub frame for the split seat, though not so costly. If the photo is legit, then the panel doesnt look proportional to the rest of the body. I think i'll just drop the idea of transformation. Instead, I'll spend that money on a new set of tyres.Leave a comment:

Sorry to break your bubble but that pic looks photoshoped, check the front headlight and side bolts. I'm not denying that such a mod is not possible but that photo is quite strange and different. I visited 1 of the SVC here in mysore. They told that it cant be done. But by the way he told that it cant be fitted, I doubt if they have even made such an attempt. If anyone can guarantee me that it can be done without any modifications to the mounting points, I am ready to make the makeover myself. PLease confirm me this one more time so that I can go ahead with the mods.Leave a comment:

When i went to buy panels for my v1 the last time, the showroom guys tried to force me into buying fairings of the v2 (i refused because i needed to change only one side's panels)
They said it was a direct fit. Best thing to do would be to visit a SVC and ask them about it.

Actually, I just need to know if the screw points of 2.0 panels are same as that of 1.0. If they are the same, I am plannin to do the mod by myself.. I have experience in completely diamanteling the bike's body parts as I have done it earlier.Leave a comment:
