Music to the ears of the Competition
.
Personally I am sad to see one of the Handsome Motorcycle Designs being pulled off the shelves (The current FZ/Fazer-Fi versions are not to my taste).
Nevertheless seems to be a Bold Move by Yamaha India.

Larger number of people still peferred this carb. bike over the newer FI version. Maybe Yamaha wants their newer models to sell in more numbers.
Being a proud owner of FZ-16 for the last 5 years, I can say this bikr will find its place in the legendary section.
Ride safe and have fun.

Whatever it is, I don't see both the Carb and FI versions existing together for too long in future!A bike on the road is worth two in the shed.

I feel yamaha should keep fz 16 as it is because there is considerable amount of price difference between fz16 and fzfi which is a deciding factor for so many people in India...Originally posted by krishna77 View PostWhatever it is, I don't see both the Carb and FI versions existing together for too long in future!sigpic
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

Maybe it's the owner bias speaking, but the FZ16 is still the best looking motorcycle in its segment. Two years down and I still turn back after parking and glance at the Black Bird...every single time. 🙌🙌
