Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) has partnered with Red Bull for the 5TH season of Red Bull Campus Cricket 2016 (RBCC).
In line with Suzuki global philosophy of manufacturing products with spirit and passion which excites the customers, this college level cricket tournament is a great platform to create similar excitement which promotes the Suzuki Way of Life.
Taking place from February 29 to March 22, the Red Bull Campus Cricket city qualifiers will start simultaneously in Kolkata, Chandigarh and Bangalore. Followed by Mumbai, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur & Goa in the West; along with Jalandhar, Delhi, Jaipur, Jammu, Dehradun in the North; Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Cochin & Vizag in South and Guwahati, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow & Indore in the East.
The winning college from each city will then proceed to the zonal finals. Top two teams from each zone will then compete in the National finals, where the teams will play in the knock-out rounds of quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals respectively.
The Suzuki Gixxer being the most popular motorcycle among the youth, Suzuki Motorcycle India will be presenting a total of 7 Gixxer motorcycles to the best players from the zonal to the national levels to entice and motivate players.
