These workers always have habits of forming unions. These unions always act as negative forces. We very well remember how companies like Praga, Mills if Ahmedabad shut down.

        Habit...???
I think you do not have any idea of Asian work culture. More than 70% of companies in Asian countries exploit their employees in many ways. Asians are generally underpaid everywhere. These companies keep big margins under their belt in white and in the form of black money as well. They generally show very less amount of profit on paper by showing huge amount of fake overheads just to save tax and to keep employee's expectation as low as possible.

Are you working in industry? Because I do. And I know how thesw unions act and behave. Just study why Praga was closed. Why hmt is on verge of dying. Just search why mills of Ahmedabad, which was called Manchester of India, shut down.

Its a different matter as I have personally faced this things. But leave aside every workforce has the right to form trade union. Formation of trade union of workforce is a basic rights of employees as mentioned in trade union act.

Although many have bad ideas of trade union but a trade union is good for employees. It helps during fixation of pay grades. Some times these association have internal loan mechanism to facilitate its employees. Also a uniform level of facilities can be had for employees.
And no company has any right to prevent formation of union.

Let me look at the book and see the clause which allows for the formation of trade union. Then will get back to you.
