  • Honda to double the production of Honda Navi

After getting a positive response on the newly launched Honda Navi, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has decided to increase its production to around 1 lakh units.

Honda Navi was showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016 at the price of Rs. 40,000 and was introduced in the Indian two-wheeler market in April 2016.

Powered by an 110cc Honda HET engine with automatic transmission, Navi is the first 100 percent Honda India R&D.

Honda’s Senior Vice-President for sales and marketing, Yadvinder Singh Guleria said, “We have been really surprised by the homologous response to the Navi. It’s really exceeded our expectations. We have, therefore, decided to almost double our capacity to 90,000 to 1 lakh units soon.”
