From the recent board of directors meeting held on Friday 16th Dec, CEAT has announced its investment plan for the next five years till financial year 2022. To increase the production capacity of 10 lakhs truck and bus redial tyres, 170 lakhs two wheelers tyres and 60 lakhs tyres per annum for passenger car radials the total investment of Rs.2800 crore will be done through debt and equity. Changes has been made in the leadership as well where Kumar Subbiah as new CFO from January 16, 2017.
