TVS has been granted the patent for the Auto Hybrid Transmission System for two-wheelers, in which they have brought together the CVTM and FSTM systems.

The transmission mechanisms in automobiles operates to produce optimal output of rotation and speed during acceleration. There are two types of transmission mechanisms, CVTM (Continuously Variable Transmission Mechanism) and FSTMTVS has invented a new Transmission system which combines both CVTM and FSTM and named it as AHT (Auto Hybrid Transmission) which can produce optimum acceleration ratio in all the speeds from low to high rotations.
