Yamaha says it's an experimental artificial intelligence machine which is battery powered and is capable of recognising its owner.
It also has interacting capabilities like other living things. No details of the machine have been revealed as yet, but there might be a hub-mounted electric motor and batteries slung under the frame and in front an intriguing set of forks with a slab instead of tubular ones.

In 2015 Yamaha exhibited their motorcycle-riding humanoid robot named MOTOBOT at the Tokyo Motor Show atop its 1000cc R1M sporting motorcycle. Yamaha said Motorbot will help to develop advanced rider safety systems, and the task of controlling the complex motions of a motorcycle at high speeds requires a variety of control systems that must function with a high degree of accuracy. This is the next step in Yamaha's development of AI.
