Suzuki unveiled the SV650X at EICMA. The only new model that the Japanese manufacturer showcased at the Italian Motorcycle Expo.
The new cafe racer is based on the popular SV650 platform. The bike uses a V-Twin 645cc engine making around 75 bhp. The SV650X weighs in at 198 kg.
Going the retro way, the headlight is round with a sporty cowling from yesteryear's racers, on the tank instead of the 'S' of the company, you find the full name 'Suzuki' printed as was the norm earlier. The new bike also gets a larger fuel tank at 14.5 litres.
You also get optional fog lamps to match the round headlight.
The bike looks good, but one cannot help but wonder at the lack of new bikes being showcased by Suzuki at EICMA this year.
