Triumph Motorcycles India Private Limited has inaugurated a new dealership in Mangalore. They have forayed into a Tier 2 market in the southern part of the country for the first time. The Mangalore dealership comes as a crucial step in their bid to expand their dealership base in India. This is the 16th dealership for Triumph in the country.
The Mangalore dealership is spread over 2450 sq. ft. and built keeping with the signature Triumph ethos. The experience center has separate especially demarcated zones for consultation, coffee-breaks and a lounge for laid back interactions. It has a build your own bike zone for customization of the bikes and a merchandise display area to choose the best gear. Service bays dedicated to maintenance and repairs are also there. This styling helps make the experience of bike purchase less overwhelming for customers. It allows them room to make inspired and informed choices. The staff at the dealership has received training in the Triumph Motorcycles factory to deliver best-in-class pre-and post-sales experience.
